You will add to the skills you all ready have in the kitchen in a relaxed atmosphere through informal, though structured recipes. Each day you will cook a series of dishes in the kitchen using professional skills that you will be able to adapt in your own kitchen back home.
Relaxing by the pool or eating with fellow guests who have a similar liking for food, you will thoroughly enjoy your fun-packed week. When the week, sadly, is over you will be able to take back all of the recipes you have worked on, along with your new range of skills and knowledge.

Drop in days. One, Two or Three day’s courses.
A drop in itinerary is planned for the holiday maker who is only in the region for a few days, when they can stay for a day or a few days and join in the fun. Being so close to the airports of Limoges and Portieres, you can catch a cheap flight and do your own thing in the kitchen, go back home and amaze your friends with your new skills.
Starting at £110/€150 for the day you will be able to pop in and take part with the team.

We are both English speaking but can have on tap a French interpreter when ever needed, with the help of the ever lowering prices of both the ferries and air flight, the close proximity of Limoges and Poitiers airports makes the hop over quick and easy. We will pick you up from the airport and deliver you right to the front door for your fun weeks cooking.
